That Which Is Just in the Church, Vol. 2: The Human Person in the Church

In the first volume of his major treatment of canon law, Prof. Carlos José Errázuriz showed that law in the Catholic Church is rightly understood as "that which is just." In Volume 2: The Human Person in the Church, he turns to the central figure in that order: the human person.

The person is the primary bearer of rights and duties in the Church, destined for the salvation won by Christ.
